Adam Olivier - President

Adam Olivier

Mr. Olivier has over 10 years of mineral and lease acquisition experience in various plays across the United States. Prior to joining OneMap, Mr. Olivier managed lease projects for various E&P companies, including projects for Aspect Energy, Constellation Energy (Exelon) and other leading energy companies. In addition, Mr. Olivier acquired mineral interests as a partner of Arete Acquisitions in various basins, with a focus on the Permian Basin and Marcellus Shale.

Mr. Olivier obtained a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Mr. Olivier is a member of the AAPL, LAPL, HAPL, PBLA, WHAPL, HPF & ADAM Permian.

Jordan Spearman - VP/Secretary

Jordan Spearman

Mr. Spearman serves as the Director of Minerals and Royalties at Rockport Companies, an energy investment and management firm, where he oversees the acquisition, divestment and ongoing management of mineral and royalty interests for the company. Jordan has over a decade of experience acquiring and managing mineral and royalty interests, for clients ranging from families with legacy ownership positions to large public company assets.

Jordan graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Energy Commerce and is a member of the AAPL, where he holds the designation of Certified Professional Landman.

 
Scott Rice - Treasurer

Scott Rice

Mr. Rice joined Riverbend in 2008 and serves as Senior Vice President, overseeing the Engineering and Business Development activities. Prior to joining Riverbend, Mr. Rice began his career at Pioneer Natural Resources in 2003. While employed at Pioneer, Mr. Rice worked as a reservoir engineer, managing reserves and budgets for the Gulf of Mexico Shelf and West Texas Gas assets. Additionally, Mr. Rice served his final two years at Pioneer as Manager of Investors Relations, working with shareholders and others in the investment community to accurately communicate the company’s strategy and plans.

Mr. Rice holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M he was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets, Company E-2 and today sits on the Corps of Cadets Association Advisory Board. He is a member of Houston Producer’s Forum, Houston Energy Finance Group, and ADAM Houston.

Ian Doiron - Board Member

Ian Doiron

Mr. Doiron is a founder and Managing Partner at Maven Royalty Partners (“MRP”). Prior to starting MRP, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Phillips Energy Partners (“PEP”) and a member of the Investment Committee. At Phillips, he was responsible for the Acquisitions Division and actively participated in all Business Development related activities. Mr. Doiron spent most of his professional career at Phillips and was a central figure in building the company's mineral position. Before joining Phillips, he was an independent landman working throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen (ALTAPL). Ian is a resident of Shreveport, LA.

 
Trace Williams - Board Member

Trace Williams

Mr. Williams currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Momentum Minerals. Prior to joining Momentum, Trace was an Acquisitions Analyst at Apollo Royalties Management. Prior to joining Apollo, Trace worked for Phillips Energy Partners in Shreveport, Louisiana as an engineering technician and acquisitions analyst.

Trace received a B.B.A in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and is from Houston Texas.

Trace is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), Permian Basin Landmen Association (PBLA), the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO), Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) and Young Professionals in Finance (YPF).

Justin Moore - Membership

Justin Moore

Prior to joining Haymaker, Mr. Moore served as Manager of Land and Business Development for Rio Oil and Gas II, LLC where he helped lead the sourcing and acquisitions as well as the day-to-day land function. Mr. Moore previously served in a similar role for the first iteration of Rio Oil and Gas, LLC. Prior to joining Rio Oil and Gas in 2013, Justin worked for Occidental Petroleum, holding various land negotiator assignments and ultimately transitioning into the business development group where he focused on asset transactions mainly in the continental United States. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin where he was also a letterman on the football team (2005-2007). He currently serves on the IPAA Business Development Committee and is a member of the ADAM Energy Forum, AAPL, HAPL and PBLA professional organizations.
